stories improve linguistic and intercultural aspects and its influence in
scaffolding the undergraduate students’ language competence and
awareness, and to expand their linguistic cognitive skill, and cultural
knowledge, and investigate their contribution in promoting linguistic.
The paper also attempts to underline the significance of short stories in
overall language development and literary understanding. The main
purpose of this research is to discover answers to questions through the
application of scientific procedures, and to find out the truth which is
hidden and has not been discovered as yet.
