concern especially in developing Nations and under developed Nations
of the world. The Health care delivery system of Pakistan is facing
many challenges including the lack of equitability, accessibility and
patient satisfaction with the health care delivery system. The study
proposed to analyze equitability, compare accessibility and patient
satisfaction with the health care delivery system in the advantageous
and dis-advantageous areas of Lahore. The study was the crosssectional. There were challenges of equitable access to the Health care
delivery system. The study also recommends some steps to improve
equitable health care delivery system because of the disparity found in
