Abstract :
In view of the fact that anxiety and depression disorder affects around 300 million people worldwide, causing a major public health problem, research on the importance of nutritional elements in anxiety and depression disorder, in order to learn about the effects of good nutrition in the treatment of mental illness. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the effect of supplementation of Turmeric Long L on nutritional therapy in the symptoms of depression and anxiety, to analyze adjuvant treatment with omega-3 in people with recent onset psychosis and to compare data that suggest the beneficial role of probiotic treatment for stress-related behaviors. Then, a literature review research is carried out through the deductive method. Therefore, it appears that the results show that diet and mental health go hand in hand and that a diet with supplementation is essential in the treatment of anxiety and depression through clinical studies, which imposes the observation that the review showed that these disorders are associated with poor quality food, so through good food positive results have been obtained in consideration of anxiety and depression disorder.
