Abstract :
Present nursing care in infant patients aged 2 to 6 years, with grade 2, handling the CARS protocol. This is an Integrative Literature Review with search for scientific articles available in the databases. Nursing Database (BDENF), and Latin American Literature on Health Sciences (LILACS) and International Literature on Health Sciences (MEDLINE), in the period of the last 10 years, from the following question: "What are the difficulties of nursing care by applying the CARS protocol in the infant patient grade 2 of ASD?". Moreover, it is possible to describe the difficulties that nursing has in the application of CARS related to children with ASD, because it still lacks knowledge and willingness to learn how to detect early, cope and provide technical and quality care for these patients. Through the studies it was possible to portray the difficulties of nursing care in the care of autistic patients and in the application of the CARS school, emphasizing how nursing is essential in the care of infant patients with ASD.
