practices on university teachers’ job motivation in Lahore, Pakistan.
The study consists of three variables: Administrative Policies (AP),
Rewards/Incentives (RI) and Teachers Motivation (TM) where
administrative policies and incentives/rewards are considered
independent variables whereas motivation level is used as a dependent
variable. Five point Likert scale questionnaire was adopted to collect
the data. The data was processed through SPSS 20 and correlation &
linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of
the study carry significance and elucidate that rewards/incentives and
administrative policies affect the motivation level of university teachers
in Lahore, Pakistan.
