Abstract :
This study aims to identify vulnerable communities in Porto Velho municipality through discourse, identifying impeding factors to progress and to propose social innovation measures to empower individuals and groups. To fulfill this task socio-critical paradigms, Theory of Gramsci, Social Innovation; and the Design Thinking enter as tools to promote the social innovation to be proposed. Data generation and analysis procedures will be qualitative. Facing this goal, survey data will be almost experiment type, data collection method is obtained through discourse analysis of research papers and data analytical processing. The expected results are to identify vulnerable communities and to propose strategies for overcoming social problems identified in the study area. This Study is Interesting to students of applied social sciences, society and government.
