As the legislature continues to represent an important democratic institution of the state and the voice of the people, its interaction with other state institutions like the executive in foreign policy relations cannot be overstretched. This is because such interaction has the capacity to promote effective foreign policy, good governance, and democratic consolidation. Based on the above, therefore, this study examined the areas of interaction between the legislature and the executive in Nigeria
