Abstract :
The unavailability of special hours at the UBS/USF compromises access to the health service, the implementation of the Saúde na Hora Program extends the opening hours, offering users the same health services. To present the performance of the indicators agreed by the Saúde na Hora Program at the USF in the municipality of Autazes in 2021. This is a descriptive cross-sectional study, with information described in the systems related to the evaluation of indicators of the Saúde na Hora program in Autazes in the year 2021. As exclusion criteria indicators of the Saúde na Hora program ot her than 2021. Data analysis revealed an increase in the number of users in the FHS and in the coverage of actions of the Family Health Strategy (ESF).The program offered more flexible hours to the population, minimizing inequalities and facilitating access to health actions and services.
