Methodology: an evaluation from a societal perspective was adopted, covering the period from August to October 2021.
Results: Vaccine acquisition costs predominated at over 60%, and the average cost of vaccination was 8,130 FCFA or 15 USD per person.
Conclusion: Vaccination in areas facing security crises is necessary to protect fragile populations, and requires greater resources and greater involvement from partners.
